The Yesterday we saw a video of the iPhone 6 sapphire display being scratch tested, and now we have some more information on Apple’s latest iPhone.
It looks like the new iPhone 6 will be available in the same colors as the existing iPhone 5S, which is Space Gray, Gold and Silver, although the design of the new iPhone will be considerably different than the current model.


Apple are rumored to launch two versions of the iPhone 6, one with a 4.7 inch display, the other with a 5.5 inch display, both displays will come with sapphire glass, which will be considerably more durable than the Gorilla Glass used in the current iPhones.
With regards to the resolution on the new iPhone 6 displays, we have heard rumors of two different resolutions, so it is possible that the 4.7 inch model could come with a 1704 x 960 pixels resolution and the 5.5 inch model could come with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

Both handsets will share similar internal specifications, and they will come with a new 64-bit Apple designed processor in the form of the Apple A8, there will also be more RAM than the current model and improved graphics.
Cameras are said to get updated on the new iPhone 6, we are expecting an updated front facing camera, and also the rear camera, although there are rumors that the 4.7 inch model will feature a camera with Electronic Image Stabilization, and that the 5.5 inch model will have a camera with Optical Image Stabilization.
The iPhone 6 is rumored to launch on the 19th of September, we are expecting the device to be announced along with the Apple iWatch on the 9th of September.
